My first visit was very satisfactory. The staff is cheerful and immediately helpful, being fully professional without excess formality. Dr. Akesson performed a detailed vision test and thorough eye examination, listened to my concerns about my current and future vision issues, was knowledgeable about my conditions (I’ve had two retinal detachments plus cataract surgery, oh and I’m old) and made useful suggestions and recommendations about things I could do to help stave off any degeneration. Like many optometrist’s offices, they sell glasses but it didn’t feel as if that is the focus of the business, rather on patient eye health and ensuring the best vision achievable.

I have gone here for multiple appointments and so has my 8 yr old. Friendly staff, nice selection of glasses, and they provide you with adequate information to make decisions (price, upgrades, insurance coverages, etc). Overall I'm happy with my service here.

Marysville Vision was able to fit me in for an emergency appointment on a Monday after I had experienced a sudden significant issue with the vision in my right eye. Dr Good took the time to carefully examine my eye to arrive at a diagnosis ( a very small bit of plaque had blocked a blood vessel in my eye ) He also recommended I visit an emergency room for a stroke evaluation as soon as possible. I followed his recommendation and visited the emergency room at Providence in Everett a short while later. I was admitted into the hospital overnight and was given the usual battery of tests and imaging to look for other stroke damage, fortunately it all came up negative! I really appreciate thorough and thoughtful care I received from Dr Good and the team at Marysville Vision! Thank you!

Hiring Dr. Petruk was a major step up in my opinion. The eyeglass fitting operation has always been first class and now the optometry practice is too. Dr. Petruk is competent, friendly, and has my total confidence. My eyes are in the best of hands.

Exceptional! Doctor was friendly, approachable and gave a perfect prescription. Salesperson in frames was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff was very kind. Whole experience was perfect will definitely be back.

This office was by far the best in comparison to other optometrist/opthamologist offices I've been to in the past. The staff and doctor were sincerely friendly and helpful and the service excellent.

Dr Lindberg listens and responds to all my concerns carefully and clearly. The staff and the office are also exceptional, the latest equipment and testing is available for us to use.

Urban Optix is a fabulous place to go for your eye exams! Their employees are happy, welcoming, and they listen to your needs and concerns. I would highly recommend them!

My wife is a patient of Dr.Jessica Liaw and she liked her very much. The doctor is very detailed and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and they made my wife very good glasses.

The doctors and staff at Hawks Prairie Vision Clinic are friendly and personable from the moment you walk in the door to the time you exit the premises. We have found Dr. Michelle Durham to be knowledgeable and patient, taking time to explain or answer any questions we have had over the years. 5 out of 5 stars!

Hands down the best eye care I have ever had. The entire staff was so pleasant & friendly from the front to the back. The tech who took me back was amazing & so sweet. Dr. Badger was absolutely the best! I can see better than what I have in years. She was very thourough & happy to explain things as we went. She explained why she wanted to switch my contacts out & I'm thankful I listened & she did. Also ensured me if I had any issues to come right back in, free of charge until I was happy with what I was wearing. It's refreshing walking into a clinic where everyone is happy & helpful. I also loved that I could pay a little extra & not have my eyes dialated!! 10/10 would highly recommend their services!

Dr Garner and his entire staff are the most professional and charismatic Eye care professionals I've ever came in contact with The prescription I received from Dr Garner is the most accurate and best prescription I've ever had in my entire life. I'm 65 years old and could not be happier. I appreciate their advanced technology they use at every visit and feel very confident that I'm getting the very best of care at this clean professional establishment. Rose you’re amazing ! The world needs more people like you ♥️ I moved down to Zillah three years ago and originally went to Selah vision and loved Selah vision. They were very nice very helpful and I always got the glasses that I wanted after learning that they were connected. I was very excited to go to a place that felt familiar but in a different city unfortunately this place is nothing like Selah the ladies that help you pick out your glasses are very rude and then to tell me that I can’t have a colored Oakley Holbrook sunglasses which I’ve always gotten in a blue Lenses But the lady down at Zillah vision said that they can’t do that and when I special order a pair of glasses, I got a lot of attitude from the lady because she had to do more paperwork and she told me that I don’t think I’ll be going back. I went to have my frames warranty and when I got the glasses back, I could not even see through the lenses. They were so dirty unfortunately this place is nothing like Selah and they’ve lost my business. Hope you guys can do better.

I needed advice picking out frames. All three guys had great feedback to prevent me from looking weird. They picked SALT brand frames for me that I love and get complements on. For the last 6 years whenever my frames needed a tune up Warren and John were there to straighten them for free. It's an intelligent and fun place to shop for high-quality frames.

A professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly staff make this the ideal place for me to continue to visit when replacing my glasses year after year. I've been a customer for four years ~ and have always felt completely taken care of. Warren in particular has been very helpful in helping me find frames that are perfect for my small face. Any adjustments or minor issues are addressed quickly. I've very happy with their service.

I recently purchased some contact lenses, exam & fitting. I was very impressed with the attention and time Dr. Kim gave through my exam. I have been wearing gas permeables for 16 years and don't like eye exams at all. If you wear gas permeables(which she explained to me) you need a custom fit(unlike soft contact lenses). This she did, she thoroughly measured and examined my eyeballs and as a result they fit and feel quite comfortable. I could tell she is passionate about her field as she took the time to answer my questions and taught me a lot about my eyes. First time ever that I feel strongly about staying with my doctor. :)

Been coming here for years and the experience has always been great. Just had my exam with Dr. Goalwin and he was exceptional. Really took the time to get to know me as we have similar vision issues. Even did some additional tests and shared some background on the cause. Highly recommend Clearvue and Dr. Goalwin.

I just had my yearly eye exam with Dr. Goalwin. He was absolutely fantastic. I was recently in a car accident and wanted to get my eyes checked post concussion to see how everything was. He was able to explain a lot to me more in depth, specifically about my post concussion eye health. It really made me feel seen. No pun intended. Also, I was originally walked back by Galina and she was absolutely amazing! She made sure I was well taken care of, asked me all kinds of extra questions to make sure we were getting everything done correctly, and really just took care of me like I would imagine a mom would. I would come back just for her alone! She was fantastic. By far the best appointment I’ve ever had here.

I had the best experience getting my eye exam today! The women at the front desk were exceptional and friendly & the doctor I saw was one of a kind! I highly recommend seeing these guys to get your routine eye exams done! Love them!

I just moved to the area and was nervous about switching optometrists, but this clinic is absolutely amazing! It was clear that all the staff knew what they were doing and are very good at accommodating my needs. I was able to learn things about my vision that my previous doctors had never mentioned, and when I asked questions (I’m always curious about medical abnormalities) I got in depth explanations. I also learned a lot about why my Costco glasses never fit my face correctly! Jennifer at optical was amazing for being able to find me frames that looked way better than what I had before with just a quick look at my face shape, plus she let me know why I had trouble finding good frames and how to hunt out the correct options for me in the future. Definitely plan on coming back here for future visits!

I came into the clinic for an eye exam and to purchase glasses. The receptionist staff was super welcoming and led me exactly where I needed to go. The exam was quick and thorough. And their glasses selection was actually great! Lots to choose from and I even got to peruse online before coming in. Because my prescription is extremely strong, Jennifer listened to my concerns about lenses and then recommended a new technology for my pair that ended up producing high quality lenses without gaining too much thickness. At the same time, Kara was super quick in providing an estimate of how much the total would be for my new pair, with and without the new lenses addition. Ended up purchasing a pair that I love! The whole staff was super easy to work with, very friendly and so knowledgeable! Would highly recommend. Thank you V, Kara & Jennifer!

Kara was very helpful and kind when we called to set up appointments. Alyssa did a terrific job giving me the tests before my appointment and Dr. Burden was extremely thorough and explained everything as she went along. Also, the lady who helped me with choosing frames was great (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!!!). The clinic is easy to find, has ample parking and was light and bright and clean! I highly recommend Bartlett Eye Clinic for all eye needs!!!

Very happy with my decision try out this local Kenmore area clinic. I've never had such a thorough eye exam. Dr. Shen's is easy to talk with and does an incredible job explaining conditions.

My wife needed new glasses and she was able to find some frames here that she liked. Michael was very helpful and professional. And a bonus - they were ready pickup sooner than expected.

Fantastic clinic. The staff is professional and helpful. My experiences with Dr. Karrick have all been top notch. The dispensary staff are incredibly helpful. I’ve had help selecting glasses I love on three separate occasions, purchasing multiple pairs each time. My most recent experiences were with Zephyr - choosing my frames, picking up my last pair - stellar service and support!

We have yearly exams with Dr. Kerrick for the past several years. We feel we are in excellent hands with his knowledge and professionalism. I prefer to see an ophthalmologist who has these skills. He's so nice and has a welcoming staff.

I have been going to Cascade Family Eye Care for over 10 years. Even as a new resident of Arizona I still come back for for my annual eye exam. The staff here at Cascade Family Eye Care are nice and friendly. Dr. Beazer is thorough and caring. Shannon assisted me in picking out a new pair of glasses and made the process fun and easy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been going to Cascade Family Eye Clinic for years to get my glasses, and they have always been spot on with my prescription. The staff truly cares about the health of my eyes and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. Recently, I developed an eye infection, and the ophthalmologist immediately knew what was going on. They prescribed an excellent medication, and by the next morning, my eye had cleared up significantly and is now well on its way to being completely healed! I completely trust their professional opinions, prescriptions, and, when needed, their medication recommendations. I highly recommend Cascade Family Eye Clinic for anyone looking for expert, caring eye care!

Dr. Beazer and his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment was quick and easy and all my questions/converns were addressed. Dr. Beazer, in particular, is a really nice, down to earth guy.

I have been a patient of Dr Harris for years now and you can tell he loves his work and does an amazing job. I'm not sure how other posters came to the conclusion that he is soon retiring (office Mgr did retire) but I spoke with their office this morning to make my annual apt and they assured me he will be around for a few more years at least. Glad to hear it!

DR. Michel is excellent. She spends a lot of time with her patients and she is always thoughtful, kind, and gentle. She is a very highly skilled optometrist as well.

Amazing doctor and staff! I walked in a couple of weeks ago to schedule appointments for my whole family, and they were incredibly helpful. They got everything set up quickly while working around my schedule and my kids’ school schedule. We completed the appointments over the following weeks, and every visit was smooth, quick, and well organized. The staff is super friendly, professional, and caring. Highly recommend!

We have been using this facility to get our prescription eyewear for the past several years and we have had a great experience in every single visit. Mindy, the lead optician, provides us with as much time and guidance as we need, regardless of how busy the facility might be and regardless of whether the visit is about buying a new pair of glasses or dealing with warranty issues. Mindy demonstrates great empathy in working with children. In my last visit, we were nearing the closing hours of the facility. My child had already picked up 3 choices and all that she had to do was to just help him select one of those. But she knew that while those choices were all about aesthetics (color, shape), they were not as functional (weight, nose pad comfort). She kept searching and working with my child until she found a frame that not only had the same aesthetics but was also functional for our needs. Mindy rocks!

The doctors and staff at Eyes on Sammamish are always smiling. What a friendly and competent crew. The staff got me in same day for an eye infection and does their best to work with your schedule. From an administrative standpoint their scheduling and billing is easy to understand. From a patient care perspective, the doctors are patient, concerned, and listen and respond to your concerns - Thank you Eyes on Sammamish - 5 Stars All the Way!

I have been going to th Columbia Vision Center for the last 4 years and just love it! Allison always goes above and beyond with the overall experience. I highly recommend it for your next eye exam or for your new glasses !

This place has been great for 25 years. Not only is Dr. Hua nice but she is also beautiful, and most importantly, a really good eye doctor. She has stayed on despite selling the practice, and there a couple of new people there. All of them are very good at what they do. So, apparently the new owners had enough sense not to try to fix something that isn't broken. This last time, I went in because my glasses were hurting my nose. Allison fixed them in 2 secs and so far, no more nose marks. I highly recommend getting those photos of the eye done, even though many insurance companies don't cover it. It's a small price to pay for looking deep into your eye for problems. Idk why some plans don't cover it.

Dr. Hoang and Allison were amazing! I wanted to get contacts after wearing glasses for 20+ years, and although I was nervous, they were extremely patient with me and gave me so many helpful tips. Top tier customer service!
