Zdravka Gueorguieva, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry after completing her optometric education at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. She previously received her medical training from the Medical Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria, where she practiced as an ophthalmologist for 11 years before moving to the United States.
Born and raised in Bulgaria, Dr. Gueorguieva has experience in multiple practice settings and provides care for patients with dry eye disease, glaucoma, diabetes, and pre- and post-operative cataract and refractive surgery needs.
She is deeply passionate about patient care and is guided by the principle Primum Non Nocere—First, Do No Harm. Dr. Gueorguieva is fluent in English and Russian and is a member of the American Optometric Association and Optometric Physicians of Washington.
